My name is Lisa Ivey and I have lived in Stanislaus County my whole life. I’ve raised my family in this beautiful community, and I now reside in Oakdale Ca. with my husband and two of the five children we share.
I’ve seen the areas in and around Stanislaus County grow into the thriving communities they are now. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, as well as investors. I enjoy all aspects of the process of property purchases and sales. I understand how to best represent my clients in their goals and provide them my absolute best in achieving those goals.
I have been licensed since 2020 and Certified as a Pricing Strategies Advisor which equips me to guide my clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. With my experience and education, I can help my seller clients competitively price their home to bring a winning deal, as well as assist my buyer clients in making a winning offer on the home of their dreams.
I am proud to work alongside EXIT Realty Consultants. EXIT Realty Consultants has been serving the communities of Turlock, Ceres, Modesto, Manteca, Tracy, Fresno and surrounding areas. Lisa went beyond “above and beyond” with the sale of our home. It was right when the sales of homes plateaued a bit and ours was in disrepair, while values were still high. This made ours an even tougher sale. My husband had a price he wanted and Lisa made it happen. I’m not going to publicize the effort that she and her family went through to help us, but it will never be forgotten. I’m now sitting in home that feels like home. Really for the first time in my adult life I feel home. But there were many people who made this happen that I owe many thanks to, and Lisa Ivey is one of them.
